The book contains information on how to use essential oils with children. There is a large section on hair care and skin care using essential oils and carrier oils.
There is a section on treating insomnia as well. There is also a section on hydro sols and it also contains profiles of hydro sols. It also has cooking recipes which teach us how to use essential oils in food.
There isn’t any rare oil profile. Moreover, many of the recommendations of essential oils and carrier oils for skin and hair are general and not specified aptly.
Such as, according to her, every carrier oil is good for all skin types. The book does not specify comedogenic ratings or absorption rates for the carrier oils mentioned.
